The workflow workspace
Tapping a workflow from Home opens its workspace — a read-first page for that one workflow.
What's on the page
- Description, if the workflow has one.
- Insights: total runs, average time, average completion, and how often each step gets flagged — so a workflow that's supposed to take 10 minutes but keeps running 25 stands out.
- Steps, listed for reference (this view is read-only; use Edit to change them).
- Recent runs, the last several completed records for this workflow.
Actions
- Run — starts a new run. See Running a workflow.
- Edit — owners, and organization admins for a shared workflow, can change the name, description and steps.
- Records — jumps to this workflow's full run history.
- Share — opens a link and QR code for this workflow (
flows.flaresat.com/w/...) and, from the menu, moving it into or out of an organization. See Sharing a workflow. - Duplicate — makes an independent copy under your name, fresh step history.
- Delete — owners and admins only, asks for confirmation first.
If you're viewing a workflow shared with you by an organization and you're not an admin, you get Run, Records and Share only — no edit or delete controls, since it isn't yours to change.
If it's gone
A workflow that's been deleted, or that you no longer have access to, shows Workflow not found instead of the workspace.
