Running a workflow
A run is one pass through a workflow's steps. Every run you complete becomes a permanent record.
From a workflow's workspace, tap Run. Optionally give this run a label (e.g. a job number or vehicle id) — useful when you run the same workflow many times a day and need to tell runs apart later.
Check off each step as you complete it. For any step, you can:
- Flag it green, yellow or red, to call out its condition.
- Add a note, and optionally tap Polish to have AI tighten your wording into one clear sentence (only the step text and your note are sent, nothing else about the run).
- Comment, including
@mentioninga teammate — see Comments and mentions.
Tap Complete run when you're done. If steps are still unchecked, Flows asks you to confirm before finishing. Cancel instead discards the run entirely — use it for a run you started by mistake.
Hints from your last run
If you've run this workflow before, any step where you left a comment or a flag shows what you noted last time, right on the step, before you touch it. It's a hint only — it never pre-fills your answer for you.
While you're offline
Checking a step, flagging it, and commenting all work without a connection. See Working offline for exactly what's queued and how it catches up.
Concurrent runs
Free-plan accounts can have a limited number of runs in progress at once; starting another past that limit opens the FLARE PRO gate — finish or cancel an existing run, or see FLARE PRO.
