AI assist

Flows offers three small, optional AI helpers when building or running a workflow. None of them run automatically without you asking — a suggestion sits there until you apply it, generation replaces steps only after you confirm, and polish only rewrites a note you already wrote.

Suggest (while naming a new workflow)

As you type a name for a brand-new workflow, Flows may show an AI suggestion card: a short description and 4–10 steps, based on the title alone. Tap Use suggestion to apply it, or ignore it and keep typing your own. It only appears while the rest of the form is still empty, so it never overwrites work you've already started.

Sent to AI: the title you typed. Nothing else.

Generate (from a description)

In the workflow editor's AI assist box, describe the workflow in a sentence or two and tap Generate steps. If you've already written steps, Flows confirms before replacing them.

Sent to AI: the text you typed in that box. Nothing else — not your account, not other workflows, not your organization's data.

Polish (a run note)

While running a workflow, after writing a note on a step, tap Polish to have AI rewrite it as one clear, professional sentence.

Sent to AI: the step's text and the note you wrote. Nothing else.

Limits

AI drafting (suggest + generate + polish, combined) has a daily allowance that's higher on FLARE PRO than on the Free plan. Suggestions and polish just quietly stop offering once you're at the limit for the day; tapping Generate steps past the limit opens the FLARE PRO gate directly, since that's a deliberate action you took. AI features are never available in guest mode — they need an account.
