Building your first workflow
A workflow is a reusable checklist template — the thing you build once and run many times.
From the Home screen, tap the + button in the top-right header.
Give it a short, specific name — e.g. "Pre-shift truck inspection". As you type, Flows may offer an AI suggestion: a description and a starting set of steps based on the title alone. Use it, or dismiss it and write your own.
Type each step and tap Add step. Reorder with the up/down arrows, remove any with the trash icon. Or describe the whole workflow in the AI assist box and tap Generate steps — see AI assist for what that sends and what it doesn't.
A short description shows on the workflow's workspace page — useful context for anyone else who runs it.
Tap Save. You land on the workflow's workspace, ready to run it.
Editing later
Open the workflow's workspace and tap Edit (only the owner, or an organization admin for a shared workflow, sees this). Existing steps keep their identity when you reorder or edit their text, which matters because a step's history (previous comments, flags) is tied to that identity, not its position in the list.
Sharing with your organization
A personal workflow is visible only to you. To share it with your organization, see Sharing a workflow.
Free-plan accounts can own up to a limited number of personal workflows; creating another past that limit opens the FLARE PRO gate. See FLARE PRO.
