FLARE PRO in Flows
FLARE PRO is one subscription for both Flaresat and Flows. There's nothing to buy separately in Flows — subscribe once, in either app, and both unlock on your account.
Flows doesn't sell anything itself. There's no in-app purchase here; the FLARE PRO gate only explains the limit and helps you get to where you can subscribe, or confirms an existing subscription.
Free forever, no matter what
These are never limited, on Free or Pro:
- Joining organizations, and running workflows they share
- Comments and @mentions
- Notifications
- Working offline
- Exporting and importing your local (guest or account) data
- Guest mode itself

A few notes on how these are counted:
- Personal workflows counts what you own and haven't deleted; a workflow shared with you by an organization never counts against your own cap.
- Organizations are gated on creation — joining and using as many organizations as you like is unlimited on every plan.
- These numbers can change over time; if they ever do, this page and the app's own gate always show the current ones.
What happens when you hit a limit
Flows shows an upgrade sheet naming exactly which limit you hit — for example, "You've reached your Free plan limit of 10 workflows" — never a generic error. Your existing data is never touched; the limit only blocks creating something new past the cap.
Getting FLARE PRO from Flows
Tap FLARE PRO from your Profile, or hit a limit and let it open automatically.
On the web, tap Get FLARE PRO to go straight to Flaresat's pricing. On iOS or Android, tap Open Flaresat — that's where the subscription is actually purchased, following each store's rules about where a subscription can be sold.
If you're certain your account already has FLARE PRO but Flows still shows the limit, tap Sync subscription. This checks your account's subscription status directly — no waiting for the next app restart.
Subscriptions usually unlock within a minute of purchase; if Flows still shows Free a little longer than that, Sync subscription is the fix.
