Backing up and restoring

From Profile → Data, Export workflows saves a .flows file with your workflows and records; Import workflows restores from one. This works the same whether you're signed in or using guest mode, and importing the same file twice never creates duplicates. See Guest mode for the guest-specific walkthrough.

Erase Flows Data vs. Delete account

Flows gives you two separate, deliberately different actions in Profile → Danger zone:

Use Erase Flows Data if you want a clean slate in Flows specifically — for example, testing, or genuinely starting over — without touching anything you've built in the main Flaresat app.

Use Delete account only if you want to leave both apps entirely; it removes your Flaresat account as completely as deleting it from the Flaresat app itself would.

Both actions ask for confirmation and cannot be undone. Erasing or deleting also removes this device's Flows push notification registration, so you won't keep receiving Flows notifications on an account you just wiped.

Guest data

If you're using guest mode, Erase Flows Data clears the local store on this device — there's no account to affect either way. Export first if you might want any of it back.
