Reading a record
Every completed run becomes a record — a permanent, read-only summary of what happened. Nothing about a record can be edited afterward; it's the audit trail.
What's on a record
- Completion rate, step count, and duration at the top.
- Who ran it, when, and (if the workflow is organization-shared) which organization.
- Every step, showing whether it was completed, its flag color if any, the runner's note, any comments left on it, and exactly when it was checked off — plus how much time passed since the previous step, so a slow stretch in the middle of a run is visible at a glance.
- Activity: the run-level comment thread (see Comments and mentions).
Sharing a record
Tap Share for a link to this exact record. Someone who isn't in the same organization (or isn't you, for a personal workflow) sees Record not found rather than any of its content.
Exporting to CSV
Tap Export to download the record's steps as a CSV file — completed status, timestamp, flag and comment per row. This is a FLARE PRO feature; on the Free plan, tapping it opens the FLARE PRO gate instead. See FLARE PRO.
Records history
The Free plan shows your most recent records; FLARE PRO keeps your full history and lets you filter it by date. This applies to your personal record list — an organization's run audit is unaffected by any one member's plan.
