What is Flows?
Flows by Flaresat is a checklist app for work that has to happen the same way every time, and has to be provable afterwards. Build a workflow once (a pre-shift inspection, a job checklist, a yard drop-off), run it as many times as you need, and every run leaves a timestamped record you and your team can go back to.
Flows shares your Flaresat account, sign-in and organizations. If your team already uses Flaresat for live maps and radio, Flows is where the same team's recurring checklists live, no second account, no second invite.

Build a workflow once
Write out the steps manually, reorder them, or describe what you're doing and let AI draft a starting list you edit from there. See Building your first workflow.
Run it, over and over
Launch a workflow, check off steps as you go, flag anything that needs attention (green, yellow, red), and leave a note. Works offline, syncs when you're back online. See Running a workflow.
Talk about it in context
Comment on any step or on the run as a whole, and @mention a teammate to pull them in. See Comments and mentions.
Prove it happened
Every completed run becomes an immutable record: who ran it, when, how long it took, what was flagged. Share a workflow with your organization and every member's runs land in one auditable log. See Reading a record and Organization run audit.
Use it without an account
Try Flows fully offline, no sign-in, no organization. See Guest mode.
